The fourth Hong Kong Forum was held with the theme “Economic Outlook of Four Districts Cross- the straits under World Economic Restructuring” in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center on December 18, 2014. Many government and business leaders like Lien Chan, honorary chairman of Kuo Min Tang, Matthew Cheung, Secretary for Labor and Welfare, Eddie Ng, Secretary for Education, Ko Wing Man, Secretary for Food and Health, Greg So, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Paul Tang, Secretary for the Civil Service, and Cai Guansen, deputy director of CPPCC General Committee, wrote an inscription for the forum.
