The second Hong Kong Forum was held with the theme “New Direction of China City Development” in World Trade Center, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong on December 5, 2012. Song Zhe, commissioner of Office of The Commissioner of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The People's Republic Of China in The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Li Gang, deputy director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Yang Yi, deputy director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. Economic Affair Department, Huang Yebin, Huizhou municipal party Committee Secretary, Li Jianming, mayor of Jingzhou, and other government and business leaders from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan wrote an inscription for the forum.
